Kogane-cho (黄金町 Kogane-chō?) is a district of Tokyo-to that appears in Jet Set Radio.

- Welcome to Kogane-cho! Your hosts on this journey will be the rival group of Rudies calling themselves Poison Jam. Wearing strange getups complete with masks, Poison Jam is one scary bunch. The turf that they call home is almost as intimidating, and is riddled with rooftops, canals and tunnels.
Overview[]
Kogane-cho consists of four locations present in the district: the residential area, the sewers, the construction site, also known as the factory ruins, and Kibogaoka. The sewers holds as a central area for the location as it connects to other three areas in the district.
Story[]
Located in the east and described as "the city of the sunset", Kogane-cho is the home turf of Poison Jam. During the story, the GG's take over Kogane-cho, making it their own turf after beating Poison Jam in a Tagger's Tag match. Soon after the Golden Rhinos invade Kogane-cho, swarming the area with snipers and aerial forces, but are put to a stop by the GG's.

- When discussing the sewers of Kogane-cho in an interview, Ryuta Ueda would mention how the sewers are tempting to explore and compared this to a childhood experience were he got lost in a clay pipe and ended up in a place next to a school.[1]
