The Terror Drone, also known as the Heavy Equipment for Riot Control, is a vehicle that is utilized by Hayashi as a desperate attempt to get rid of the Rudies, as he is warned that the machine is unstable.

MK I[]
The first terror drone is faced in Hikage Street, in the northern part of the level. The robot shoots mines onto the walkway, if hit, the player will fall back a bit. If grinding or near a corner, the player can fall off the rail and end up back on the bottom. The mech is defeated by tagging its arms and head.
MK II[]
The second drone is faced against at the Tokyo Rokkaku Expo Stadium after almost defeating the Love Shockers in a game of Death Ball. This time the drone shoots shockwaves, which must be jumped over to avoid taking damage. To destroy it, the player must spray on the drone's four marked spots; three on its head and one on its underside.
